If you need to return your Bodyfile, we refer you to the UPS Return Service for your convenience. Our return policy includes:
- Damaged Products or Incorrect Orders: We accept returns for any damaged product or any product you didn’t order. You may opt for an exchange in these cases.
- Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and find it doesn't do what it promises within 90 days, we will issue a full refund.
How to Return Your Product
- Pack the Product: Securely pack the product in a sturdy box, ensuring all old labels have been removed.
- Drop Off: Take the package to a UPS Customer Center, Authorized Shipping Outlet, UPS Drop Box, or other locations that accept UPS packages.
- Keep the Receipt: Retain the Return Service Customer receipt for tracking purposes and as proof of UPS pick-up.
