The Bodyfile:

Instructions:

Gradually, over time, switch to the thinner "teeth" for more resistance. Some bruising may occur but will vanish quickly.
The Bodyfile can be used with or without clothing. However, if used without apparel, it must always be used with a lubricant such as oil, gel, or your favorite lotion.
